  • An initial conversation about who you are as a couple, what you want the day to feel like, and what a fairytale wedding means to you.

  • Raine Events creates a mood board and floor plan to make your vision practical.

    Mood board: We gather your colors, textures, lighting, flowers, and decor, then build a clear visual palette with swatches, photos, and mood notes so vendors share the look.

    Floor plan: We convert the palette into a venue layout showing ceremony/reception flow, backdrop, seating, dance floor, vendor access, bars/food stations, lighting, and traffic for comfort and safety.

    Coordination: We share plans with vendors and venue, revise for site limits, and provide final measurements, sightlines, and placement for setup.

    Outcome: A cohesive, usable design that reflects the mood and runs smoothly for guests, vendors, and the timeline.
